All sales are final.  No refunds will be issued and no returns will be accepted.

The Following Adjustments May Be Made to Purchased Packages Depending on Availability:

The purchase amount of a smaller package may be applied toward the purchase of a larger package WITHIN THE SAME SALES SEASON as long as the requested package/upgrade is available, AND as long as the request is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date.

Purchased packages may be transferred to a different delivery address WITHIN THE SAME SALES SEASON as long as the updated address is within current delivery zones AND as long as the request is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date.  If the delivery address is changed, additional delivery fees may apply.

Please note that pumpkins are perishable, and factors such as precipitation, temperature, and sunlight exposure do impact their appearance and longevity.  Some color change, rot, and loss of pumpkins are to be expected, though your display should remain abundantly beautiful throughout the fall season.  Please inspect your pumpkins regularly and remove any showing signs of rot or decay. 

We at Southern Porch Design Company love to support other small businesses!  We source all of our pumpkins through Northwest Land and Cattle, a local farm in Brunswick County, NC.  At the end of the season, all collected pumpkins also return to the farm, where they are repurposed as food for the animals!

No, as long as we have access to your design space on your scheduled delivery date, you do not need to be present.  If you see us working, please feel free to come say hello.  We would love to meet you!
